Cancel any time 48 hours or more before your event to receive a refund.
If we cannot confirm your reservation you will receive a 100% refund. If your reservations are confirmed, you may cancel 48 hours or more before your event and we will refund your order minus a 10% service charge. We cannot refund orders within 48 hours of an event. Also, we cannot refund your activity if you do not show up (no-show). You may reschedule an activity with no service charge based on availability and if you contact us 48 hours or more prior to the event.

• Your name you used to make the order
• The email address you used to make the order
• The voucher ID or order ID number.
• Telephone Number
• Activity Name
• Activity Date
• The reason you wish to cancel. (Optional. It helps us improve.)

Large Group Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise noted, large groups of 20 people or more fall under the large group cancellation policy. There will be a 50% cancellation fee for large groups. Any large group cancellations must be made 30 days or more prior to the event.
No cancellation possible for large groups within 30 days of the event.
