Relax and enjoy the beautiful waters of Kealakekua Bay on this beautiful tour departing from Honokohau Harbor. You will have the chance to discover the beautiful seascape with beautiful sea caves, lava tubes and amazing wildlife.
Planned to arrive at Kealakekua Bay when the other boats have left, we provide a more intimate, uncrowded snorkel experience. Captains have the option to add a second snorkel site, more site seeing, or added time with humpback whales, pilot whales and dolphins! Includes
What to Know
Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays
Check in: 9:45am at the Honokohau Marina.
Tour duration: 5 hours (10:00am - 3:00pm)
Includes: A light deli lunch, chips, cookies, fresh local pineapple, bottled water and soft drinks.
Please bring: a light cover up, sunscreen, hat or visor, sunglasses, and camera.
Passengers sit on the side pontoons and each boat will hold up to 16 passengers.
Restrictions: Due to the bouncy nature of ocean rafting we do not allow pregnant women or people with back or neck problems on our tours.
Children under 4 are also prohibited.
Location:
Captain Zodiac is located in the Honokohau Marina and small boat harbor located approximately 5 miles south of the Kona Airport (3rd traffic light) and approximately 2 miles north of the town of Kailua-Kona (2nd traffic light).
The harbor entrance (Kealakehe Street) can be found by looking for a sign on the highway marked "HONOKOHAU MARINA" between mile markers 97 and 98. After turning onto Kealakehe Street make your first right and look for a mall with a blue tile roof. Our office is the first in the mall on the right.
