What to know
Daily
Check in: Check in 45 minutes prior to departure at the Hilo International Airport (Lobby 2) located in the Main Terminal Building .
Departs: Morning or Afternoon. You will be informed of your precise departure time when your vouchers are sent.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and
dark colored shirts for picture taking to avoid reflections.
Be sure to have the names, weights and heights of everyone in your party. Passengers over 250 lbs may be subject to weight restriction fee. (We will ask for these details during the check out process).
