New Years Eve Cruise aboard the Navatek

Pupu and Dessert buffet includes: Carved Tenderloin of Beef with Potato rolls and Creamy Horseradish sauce; Carved Whole Roast Ham with Honey Mustard and assorted Cocktail rolls; Bacon Wrapped Scallops with a Sweet Chili Garlic Dipping Sauce; Shrimp Cocktail Kebob Tree; Guava Lilikoi BBQ Chicken Skewers; Asparagus with Proscuitto served with Curried Aioli Dip; Vegetarian Chili Mint Summer Rolls; Caesar Pesto Pasta Salad; Marinated Mozzarella Salad; Assorted Mixed Sushi Platter; Chocolate Fondue with Strawberries and Pound Cake; Assorted Mini European Desserts featuring Éclairs, Fruit Tarts, Raspberry Operas and Cream Puffs.
