This scuba tour is for certified divers only. It is a one tank afternoon dive.
If you care to snorkel or whale watch, sunbathe or just ride along, we welcome you too.
What to Know
Thursdays
Check in: at 12:30pm with the Extended Horizon's crew at the ramp at the Mala Wharf in Lahaina.
Tour Duration: return to dock at 4:00pm.
Please bring: scuba certification card (PADI or SDI)
Price includes: fins, mask, weights and tank.
Gear rental available: includes a dive computer, wet suit, BCD, and regulator.
Do not fly within 18 hours after Scuba diving.
Restrictions: You must complete a PADI Experience Programs Medical Statement/Questionnaire, which includes a medical history section, to participate in scuba diving. If you are a minor, you must have it signed by a parent or guardian.
Scuba diving is an exciting and demanding activity. When performed correctly, applying correct techniques, it is safe. When established safety procedures are not followed, however, there are dangers. To scuba dive safely, you must not be extremely overweight or out of condition. Diving can be strenuous under certain conditions. Your respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good health. All body air spaces must be normal and healthy. A person with heart trouble, a current cold or congestion, epilepsy, asthma, a severe medical problem, or who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, should not dive. If taking medication, consult your doctor before scuba diving.
Please review this Medical Questionnaire to see if you are able to dive with us. If you answer YES to any question on the medical portion, you must bring a doctor's note stating that you are fit to dive.
