The views available to you soaring above Waikiki are amazing, the sunsets over Diamond Head are something not to be missed. There are three different parasailing packages for you to choose from:
What to Know
Daily
Beginner Ride: 500ft of line = 250vertical ft (5 minutes)
Standard Ride: 700 ft of line = 350 vertical ft (7 minutes)
Deluxe Ride: 850 ft of line = 425 vertical ft (9 minutes)
Xtreme Ride: 1000 ft of line = 500 vertical ft (11 minutes)
Note: The higher the flight, the longer the ride. Parasail tours are 1 hour in length on the boat sailing. How much time and height in the air depends on your package.
Check in: 30 minutes before the tour begins at the Xtreme Parasailing Booth at Kewalo Basin Harbor. (Across from Ward Center) Look for the jetski resting on the roof of their building at the Harbor front. You can see this from Ala Moana Blvd.
Transportation: Free round-trip transportation is available from Waikiki based hotels.
Parking: Bring dollar bills for the parking pay box (put receipt in your dashboard) at Kewalo Basin Harbor. About$1.00/hour prices subject to change without notice.
Restrictions:
No pregnant women, including as observers on the sailboat.
All participants must sign a release of liability waiver form prior to any activity.
A minor (17 or younger) must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver before any minor participates in any these activities.
Minimum Age: 3+ (with accompanying parent/guardian).
Minimum Weight: 150lbs for tandem duo.
Maximum Weight: 550lbs for tandem duo.
Photographs: $15 for 24 exposures. The tour operator has a zoom camera and will snap photos while you are in the air upon request. (Prices subject to change)
