Enjoy an afternoon Historical Lunch sail along the scenic Kona seascape with with us on our double deck 65ft catamaran to the world reknown Kealakekua Bay. Literally meaning "the pathway of the gods" this protected bay is the famous bay Captain Cook, early European explorer of the Pacific and the Hawaiian Islands, died at and his monument is seen there now. Take in the gorgeous weather and scenery as you learn more than just how the scenery appears visually but also how it appears in a Hawaiian cultural and historical view. Allow yourself to be taken to a different place entirely as our Historian shares stories and legends of some of the famous areas we stop at like the Ahu'ena Heiau, the Holua slide and the Kuamo'o Battlefield. be escorted not only along the Kona Coast but in time to the time of European Sailors discovering the Pacific Islands and great conquering Chiefs. Don't be afraid to ask our historian any questions you never know what you might find out.

Satiate your appetite and let your spirit unwind while we cruise down the Coast. Lunch includes a gourmet sandwich, fruits, salad, chips, cookies, sodas, teas, & coffee. One free cocktail is included and our boat is equipped with a full service cash premium bar. On our return trip enjoy the live Hawaiian style music. Never keep your camera far as the marine mammal brothers, dolphins often love to say hello as we pass along. And during the Winter months it isn't uncommon to see the Humpback whales that have made their several thousand mile journey to the warmer waters of the islands.

A portion of all proceeds from the Historical cruise are donated to the Kona Historical Society for the preservation, restoration and education of the culture and history of the Kona Coast. ALong the Kona Coast is also the Hulihe'e Palace, one of three left standing in the Islands.
