Swim With Wild Dolphins!
Dolphins are one of the most intelligent creatures in the ocean, often found in literature as a savior of humans, coming to our rescue in the most dire of situations. This special bond that exists between humans and dolphins is yours to discover in person, face to face. This is a once in a life time excursion into the warm waters of Hawaii to become part of a relationship that has existed since man found the ocean.
You’ll discover first hand what makes this bond something that has captivated the human heart for generations. All excursions are lead by seasoned island naturalists with years of experience on the Wai’anae coast. Both Dolphins and Whales are extremely perceptive and sensitive to sound in ways that the Human body has not developed senses for. Dolphins have a complex language of sounds and work together using sound communication. Dolphins and Whales can also make soundings with sound to decipher distances and will recognize individual dolphins by sound. It is a whole new aspect to Dolphins and whales to learn about and to learn a bit about that, we have “Hydrophones” to “listen in”. Join our naturalist as we listen in to these amazing mammals of the sea as they communicate and sing.
We offer round-trip Waikiki transportation included in the price of your activity. Snorkel gear and life vest are included in the tour and wet suits are available to rent for $10.00 per individual. Also included with your tour is a complimentary meal from our Spinner Cafe. All tours come with a dolphin or whale sighting guarantee. If sightings aren’t made of either whales or dolphins, receive a voucher for a second free tour. This tour is kept to a maximum of 22 participants at a time, so hurry and book your spot now!
Due to the shortening and lengthening of the day through out the year, from December 15th to March 14th all tours check in a half hour later. And from March 15th to December 14th check in is a half hour earlier.
Winter month tours: Check in at 7:00am and depart at 7:30am for the early morning tour.
The Later morning tour Check in at 10:30am & depart at 11:00am.
Spring/Summer month Tours: Check in at 6:30am and depart at 7:00am for early morning tours.
And for later morning tours Check in at 10:00am depart at 10:30am.
Afternoon tours: Winter months Check in 2:00pm and depart at 2:30pm.
During Spring/Summer months Check in for afternoon tours is 1:30pm Departing at 2:00pm.
Afternoon tours run only if the morning tours are full. During Winter season Afternoon tours Watch Whales instead of Dolphins. (Please call for afternoon availabilites.)

Daily
Early Morning Tour:Check in: 30 minutes before tour departure at the Waianae Boat Harbor.

Daily
Mid Morning Tour:
Check in: 30 minutes before tour departure at the Waianae Boat Harbor.
Tour Departs: 10:30am April-November, 11:00 December-March.

Transportation
Free round trip transportation from Waikiki hotels is included in the price.
Pick up for the 7:00am tour is around 5:15am, and for the 10:30am tour is around 8:30am.
Return to Waikiki for the early tour is around 12:00pm, and return for the later tour is between 3:30 – 4:00pm.

Everyone must wear life jackets. (They are provided.)
You will have approximately 30-40 minutes snorkeling in waters teeming with marine life. Please note that during the winter months snorkeling is conditions permitting.
Children under 4 are not recommended on tour.
*Dolphin sightings are guaranteed for this tour – if you don’t see dolphins on your morning tour you will receive a gift certificate for a second tour free of charge. (Free transportation is not included the second time. Transportation for the return is $25.00 per a person.)
April – December: Dolphins, Snorkeling & lunch at Spinner’s Cafe
Note: this tour practices the “passive observation” method while swimming with the dolphins to ensure a safe and non-intrusive experience. The more you hold perfectly still, the longer your Hawaii dolphin excursion will last. Observe Oahu’s wild spinner dolphins in the Hawaiian tradition of respect for these beautiful animals.

Please ensure that you arrive and check in at the Waianae Boat Harbor at least 30 minutes before your excursion time. Allow 60 minutes driving time from Waikiki hotels.
Take the H1, West (follow signs for Waianae)
H1 narrows down to 2 lanes and becomes the Farrington Highway (Hwy 93) Continue on 93 until you see the Taco Bell restaurant, on your right.
Move into the LEFT lane After the next traffic light (3 blocks from Taco Bell) take the next LEFT TURN LANE, into the Waianae Boat Harbor
Look for the Dolphin Excursions crew outside the 2 story office building.

What can you get at the Spinner’s cafe as your lunch with the tour? Spinner’s has breakfast and lunch options. Choose your choice when you check in and it will be ready for the boat returns to Harbor! For Breakfast:
Loco Moco – Try the local Hawaiian favorite. Two eggs how you like them stacked on top of two hamburger patties with sitting on rice; grilled with mushrooms & onions and smothered in gravy.
Breakfast Burrito – Scrambled eggs, spinach, onion, mushrooms, cheese and a side of salsa. Choices of meat are bacon, lilsmokies, link sausages, vienna sausage, spam or Portuguese sausage.
Pancakes or Banana Pancakes- with macadamia Nut Sauce or Maple Syrup.

Kalua Pork Tacos – two pork tacos with cheese, cilantro, lettuce, onion and salsa on the side. Choice of flour or corn tortilla.
Hot Dogs – Two hot dogs served with sun chips.
Chili Dogs – Two hot dogs on one bun smothered in homemade chili, cheese & onions. Served with Sun chips.
Oriental Chicken Salad – Lettuce, Spinach, Tomato, Cucumber, Mushroom, onion, grilled Chicken, topped with wonton chips and oriental dressing.
Garden Salad – Lettuce, Spinach, Tomato, Cucumber, Mushroom, & onion. Choice of grilled Chicken or tuna salad. Ranch or Oriental Dressing.
Build your own Sandwich or Hamburger – Choose a meat: Hamburger, Turkey, Ham or Tuna. Cheeses: CHeddar, Swiss or American. Insides: Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato, Mushrooms, Onion, and Bacon. Served with Sun Chips.
