Blue Dolphin Charters offers this fantastic opportunity to see the sunset and whales the way it should be seen. You don’t have to be a whale enthusiast to appreciate the awesome and gentle majesty of these gigantic creatures.
On this adventure you will cruise the calm south shore waters of Kauai on one of our spacious 65′ catamarans while enjoying the twilight time of day. The boat will take you out where you will be able to view the magnificent sight of whales and other marine life in their natural element.
Out in the ocean there are no impeding skylines, no reflections of lights from the street. There is only the sound of the ocean, the swaying of the sea, the beautiful setting sun, and you. What could be a better way to end a day, than with an amazing Kauai sunset, the awesome beauty of the ocean, and an array of refreshing and delicious pupus (appetizers) and drinks? So come along with us, and sail back while you take in the sunset with a champagne toast.

Check In Location: Blue Dolphin shop at the Port Allen Marina Center, 4353 Waialo Rd., Ele’ele, HI, 96705.
Refreshments Include:
1:30 Check In Tour: Array of Gourmet Desserts complete with sodas, juices, beer, wine, and Mai Tai’s.
4:00 Check In Tour: Array of Pupus (appetizers) complete with sodas, juices, beer, wine and Mai Tai’s.
Tour Duration: 2 hours
Items To Bring:
Cameras, Reef-Safe Sunscreen (no aerosol sunscreens onboard),
Light weight jacket or windbreaker, Sunglasses, Hats, and Smiles!
We advise croakies or hat strings for glasses and hats to help keep them from falling or blowing away.
If anyone is prone to seasickness or motion sickness, we advise taking preventatives beforehand to more fully enjoy your experience.
Includes: Hydrophones for listening to the whales, Appetizers, soft drinks, and unlimited Beer, Wine and Maitais (21yrs+).
Guidelines/Restrictions:
No Pregnant women or children under 2 years old allowed on tour.
No Smoking on tour.
All participants must sign a waiver before boarding.
This is a Barefoot Tour, we remove footwear before boarding.
Must be able to walk across boarding ramp without assistance.
No recent injuries or surgeries to the Neck, Back, or Knees.
No participants with Neck or Back problems.
For assistance due to a disability please book a minimum of 72hrs in advance.
All Tours are weather permitting.
