West Maui Parasail

Description

West Maui Parasail offers parasailing at its best with superior service and spectacular views for over 20 years. They operate using state of the art winch boats and their custom designed parachutes to provide safe and easy take offs and landings right from the boat. These boats are the most high tech boats in the industry and have a capacity of about 12 passengers. Flights can be done tandem or single and since there is no experience needed, we invite people of various ages to come out with us and experience this amazing, high flying experience. Just look for the unmistakable yellow smiley faced parachutes, and get ready to have fun!

Participants have the option to fly the 800 Standard Flight or the 1200 Deluxe Flight. Participants have the opportunity to do a little dip in the water during their excursion. Experience what is called the “Touch-N-Go,” or a little dip in the water just from your knee on down. Take advantage of our early bird specials at 8:00am (seasonal) or 12:00pm.

Seasonal:

This activity does NOT operate during whale season. December 15th through May 15th.

CHECK IN: 30 min prior to flight time.

Tour Times start at 9:00am and continue into the late afternoon, weather permitting.

Lahaina Harbor – Slip #15

or

Kaanapali Beach – On the beach between the Sheraton Maui and the Kaanapali Beach Hotel. Just North of Whalers Village. Look for ouryellow umbrellas.

 

Restrictions/Guidelines:

Minimum Age: 6 years old

Minimum Weight: Approx. 130 lbs. Maximum Combined Weight: 350 – 450 lbs (depending on conditions.)

Children 6 – 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

There’s only 1 Observer per a boat.

No pregnant participants, no pregnant observers.

This is NOT a wheelchair accessible activity. Our shuttle vessels are not wheelchair accessible.

Passengers must have no back problems, neck problems, or recent injuries/surgeries.

We can fly Singles, Tandem, or Triples in the air as long as the conditions and weights allow it.

The Captain makes the final call on Singles, Doubles & Triples due to safety purposes.

Take Highway 30 (Honoapiilani Hwy) to Lahaina until you reach Prison Street. Turn on Prison Street towards the ocean. Drive until you see the public parking area on your left and park. Walk down Front Street to Lahaina Harbor and our check in booth at slip #15.

We are located on the Beach in Ka’anapali and load and unload our customers at the ingress/egress loading area in front of the Ka’anapali Beach Hotel. If you are at Whalers Village we are just a short 3 minute walk down the walkway. Walk past the Whaler Condo and look for our Yellow Umbrella’s and Yellow shuttle boat on the Beach.

There is a free “Ka’a’napali Trolley” in the area that is available after 10:00am and will drop you off between the Sheraton Maui & Kaanapali Beach Hotel. From walk down to the beach and you will see the yellow umbrellas and yellow shuttle bus.
